CONTINUING EDUCATION:
To meet the growing need for quality educational programming for health care professionals in the Mid-Carolina AHEC region, the Board of Directors has approved the expansion of membership opportunities. The expansion of membership provides four levels of access to continuing education services at Mid-Carolina AHEC.

In 2013, we coordinated 120 LIVE continuing education programs and 90+ online AHEC-U programs. We provided more than 800 teaching hours delivered by a group of the most competent clinicians and educators.

All of our programs offered by Mid-Carolina AHEC are open to both consortium and non-consortium attendees. Membership in the Mid-Carolina AHEC Consortium allows all employees of the agency to attend continuing education programs free of charge.

If required for a specific program, meals and books are not included in the membership.
